CONDITIONS OF ENTRY 1. Information on how to enter and prizes form part of the Conditions of Entry. 2. Entry is only open to sales staff employed by participating pharmacies and health-food stores in Australia that stock GenFlex products. 3. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any entrant who the Promoter believes has tampered with the entry process or has submitted an entry which is not in accordance with these Conditions of Entry. The judges decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. 4. The Promotion commences at 12:01am (AEDST) on Monday 21 August 2006 and ends 11:59pm (AEDST) on Saturday 30 September 2006. No responsibility accepted for late, lost or misdirected entries. 5. To enter, fully complete the official entry form on the advertorial, including your name, store name, address and phone number and find the 20 underlined words on the opposite page in the word puzzle on this page. Entries must be mailed to GenFlex Promotion, c/o Natural Health & Beauty, PO Box 1694 CROWS NEST NSW 1585 or faxed to (02) 9439 1366 (standard local/long distance carrier charges apply). 6. Only one entry per person permitted. 7. The judging will take place at 10:00 am (AEST) on Monday 2 October 2006 at Optimal Health Communications Pty Ltd, 54 Alexander Street CROWS NEST NSW 2065. The winning entries will be the first 10 correctly solved puzzles. This is a game of skill. Each entry will be individually judged. Chance plays no part in determining the winner. The winners will win one of 10 Myer gift vouchers to the value of AUD$100.00. 8. The winners will be notified by mail within seven working days of the judging date. If the prize is not claimed within 30 days then it will be forfeited by the selected winner and the prize will be awarded to the next best entry, as determined by the judges in their absolute discretion. 9. Prize cannot be transferred, exchanged or redeemed for cash. 10. Total value of the prize is AUD$1000. Prize value is the recommended retail price in Australian dollars. No responsibility is accepted for any variation in the value of the prize. 11. If for any reason this promotion is not capable of running as planned in any respect due to any cause beyond reasonable control of the Promoter, the Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to cancel, postpone or amend the promotion subject, however, to the written directions of any competent authority. 12. The Promoter reserves the right to request winners to provide proof of identity, and proof of employment at the nominated prize delivery address.
